dishes to dim sum buffets, no one should ever leave this former British enclave hungry.
This full-day walking tour delivers everything under the savoury sun.
WHY THIS TOUR?
A culinary journey from start to finish through one of Asia’s most dynamic cities brings forward the finest of local street food. The sounds of sizzling pans and the smell of Chinese herbs and spices fill the alleys of Hong Kong’s Kowloon and the island side as you saunter from eatery to eatery. What makes Hong Kong such a treat is that it has maintained that blend of East-Meets-West throughout.
Characterized by its modern, fast-paced lifestyle, the ever-present influences from mainland China are baked into its more traditional side of life. One of the few cities in the world where business people sit shoulder-to-shoulder with blue-collared workers as they enjoy their noodles, savouring away on dim sum while washing it all away with an herbal concoction. The mere thought of touching the heart and soul of gastronomical Hong Kong will leave you hunger for more.
