Trip back in time at China’s Great Wall
Tailored to your desires
An incentive trip to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall of China takes guests back to the era of the Northern Qi Dynasty, over 1,400 years ago.
This part of the fortification holds the title of the longest fully-restored Great Wall section that is open to the public. Formerly a key defence point, Mutianyu is soaked in military history and features 23 watchtowers strategically placed along a meandering mountain ridge. An excellent stay for incentive visitors is The Brickyard, a former tile factory that has been transformed into a stylish eco-retreat. The 25 rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces that face the UNESCO-listed Wall.
The landscaped grounds contain a cafe, public rooms in the Old Kiln, a fully-equipped conference centre, a spa with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, a fitness centre, and a tennis court. Abundant trails in the locality provide excellent team building opportunities.
