Enhance team collaboration with a creative Vietnamese cooking challenge involving some of the nation’s most iconic dishes. Set in an open-air space at one of the most celebrated restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City, this fun, hands-on activity places two teams of challengers head-to-head in a culinary showdown.
With guidance from the restaurant’s head chef and his crew, participants learn how to prepare two classic dishes such as fresh spring rolls with marinated prawns and savoury pancakes. Each team member will have a role to play, ensuring equal involvement in the preparation, cooking and presentation of the dishes.
In order to impress the judges with their culinary masterpieces, each team must embrace the spirit of collaboration and put their culinary skills to the test. After the competition, a well-deserved meal is served by the restaurant team.
This activity requires a minimum of 50 participants, divided into small teams.
