For an incentive event with true spirit, join an Asian Trails’ team building event based around cocktails. This creative activity at a rum distillery on Phuket Island provides the right blend of competitiveness while maintaining a fun, hands-on experience.
The challenges include creating cocktails using Thailand’s signature herbs and spices, a blind tasting session, a Pictionary game and a quiz. Expert mixologists will judge the event. The itinerary can be personalised to match each client’s style and preferences.
The venue is the Chalong Bay Rum Distillery on the south-east coast of the resort island. This company produces artisanal rums from Thai sugarcane, enhanced with local flavours. Groups of up to 40 can participate at each session.

Gentlemen are allowed to wear proper/non-ripped denims, chinos or suit paints with a shirt or dressed-up T-shirt; no ties. There is no formal dress code for ladies yet a degree of polish is preferable, such as a blazer or jewellery. Flats or heels are acceptable.
Chalong, Phuket
For the best experience, inquiries for groups exceeding 40 delegates may have to be split up in two separate groups. It is not recommended due to the nature of the experience.
