A highly anticipated addition to Bali’s flourishing culinary scene, Syrco Base presents a sustainable, fine-dining concept by culinary maestro, Chef Syrco Bakker. After earning two Michelin stars at the acclaimed Pure C restaurant in the Netherlands, Chef Bakker returns to his Indonesian roots, using his wealth of expertise and experience to showcase the region’s finest ingredients.

Committed to sustainability, the restaurant engages in equitable partnerships with local producers, farmers and communities to deliver a menu rooted in Indonesian flavours.

The restaurant spans two floors, each designed to offer diverse dining experiences. The ground floor features a central bar and live kitchen with seating for up to 20 guests. The expansive windows afford stunning views of the natural surroundings while the talented mixologists and chefs prepare meticulously crafted cocktails and cuisine.

For a more intimate dining experience, Syrco Base Ku is the restaurant’s unique culinary journey. Presented in a unique space for just 14 guests, the experience unfolds over three hours as the chef guides guests through a well-crafted symphony of seasonal flavours.
