MICE Experience

Opened in the latter part of 2023, Gajah Putih is the latest addition to Bali’s culinary scene. Delivering a one-of-a-kind dining concept on the Indonesian island, the restaurant combines an intricate dining affair with an enchanting theatrical show. The intimate venue is ideal for more intimate MICE occasions, seating a maximum of 30 guests.

Serving a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds, visionary Maksim Krasyuk and virtuoso Chef Aleksey Dokuchaev present a carefully curated 11-course set menu highlighting the sea and farming rituals that define Indonesia’s local ingredients and traditional fare.

The meal is accompanied by a dramatic performance that transports guests through the iconic landscapes of Bali, seamlessly interweaving elements of culture, tradition and fantasy with modern storytelling.
