Drive a tuk-tuk in Laos
Get behind the wheel of one of South-East Asia’s most iconic vehicles – a traditional tuk-tuk. During this exciting activity, guests learn all about the three-wheeled mode of transport and, with help from a local driver, have a chance to practice driving themselves.
After a short briefing and introduction, guests get a hands-on experience of driving through an obstacle course and practicing various manoeuvres to complete the tuk-tuk challenge. If guests successfully complete the course, they will receive a tuk-tuk driver’s license to commemorate this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
This half-day activity can be arranged in either Vientiane or Luang Prabang. Each tuk-tuk seats up to four participants and there are up to 10 tuk-tuks are available, depending on the location.
