Asian Trails cleans up forest in Vietnam
Asian Trails’ team recently took part in a community clean up event in the Ma Da Forest area in Southern Vietnam, about two hours from Ho Chi Minh City. Our colleagues collected waste and delivered items of necessity to nearby villages in collaboration with the Laiday Refill Station team, an organisation that promotes sustainable living in Vietnam.
In total, the group collected 244 kg of waste and delivered 51 gifts, several items of clothing and sports equipment to support children in the local area.
The day included an educational forest tour, highlighting Asian Trails’ ongoing dedication to protecting the environment and supporting community initiatives. We look forward to engaging in more environmental initiatives in the future and continuing to engage meaningfully with the communities we visit.
