Asian Trails promotes social and environmental change

Asian Trails is committed to engaging our staff in sustainable and ethical initiatives aimed at protecting both our host communities and the environments they reside in.

Recently, our team in Thailand participated in a donation drive in collaboration with the Pankan Society, a non-profit organisation that supports underprivileged children.

Staff members generously donated a variety of items, including clothing, bags, books, shoes, toys and household goods. The proceeds from the sale of these donations will directly benefit marginalised children by funding scholarships provided by the Yuvapat Foundation, providing educational opportunities to Thai children who might otherwise be denied access to learning.

In addition to the donation drive, Asian Trails’ staff participated in an eco-friendly workshop focused on creating organic lip balm. This hands-on activity allowed team members to learn how to craft a practical, everyday product using natural, organic materials. The workshop not only sparked creativity but also reinforced the importance of making sustainable, environmentally conscious choices.

Through these initiatives, Asian Trails continues to cultivate a strong culture of sustainability and social responsibility among our Asia-wide teams. Learn more about responsible travel policies and initiatives at Responsible Travel
