Regional Manager – Sourcing Non-Accommodation | Thailand
About the role

The Regional Sourcing Non-Accommodation Manager will oversee transfers & activities across all destinations, ensuring key products are sellable online and aligned with Asian Trails’ distribution strategies. This role will focus on online distribution, cross-destination coordination and product development, enhancing the digital visibility and booking potential of our products.

Responsibilities

Online Distribution & Product Optimization

  • Identify sellable online products and optimise content, pricing and availability for B2B and API sales;
  • Work with tech and eCommerce teams to ensure seamless product integration and competitive positioning;
  • Analyse sales performance & booking trends, implementing strategies to enhance visibility & conversion.

Cross-Destination Coordination

  • Align regional product framework, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across destinations;
  • Collaborate with local sourcing teams to centralise key supplier negotiations and contracting;
  • Identify top-performing products per market, ensuring they meet client demands and booking trends.

Product Development & Third-Party Exploration

  • Develop new and innovative experiences, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs;
  • Identify third-party suppliers and integrate unique, high-demand experiences into Asian Trails’ portfolio;
  • Ensure products are sustainable and competitive, supporting long-term growth and differentiation.

Supplier Relations & Negotiations

  • Establish and manage strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating optimal commercial terms;
  • Secure preferred partnerships to enhance access to top experiences and exclusive deals;
  • Ensure contracting processes align with Asian Trails’ sourcing strategy and client needs.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor product performance, pricing competitiveness and sales trends across all destinations;
  • Provide regular reports to the Sourcing Director and stakeholders, recommending improvements;
  • Support benchmarking initiatives, ensuring non-accommodation offerings remain market-leading.

Other tasks as assigned by Sourcing Management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, eCommerce in Travel Technology space, or related field is desired. Master’s degree is a plus;
  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing, product development or contract management in the travel industry;
  • Strong knowledge of tours, activities and transfers within the Asia-Pacific region;
  • Experience in B2B and API distribution, with an understanding of online travel platforms;
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in handling supplier agreements;
  • Strong data analysis and benchmarking skills to drive product decisions;
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and destinations;
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Thai or other regional languages is an advantage;
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier negotiations and product scouting.
