Full Stack Junior Developer | Thailand
About the role
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Junior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, capable of designing, developing and maintaining scalable web applications. This role demands a deep understanding of modern programming frameworks, tools and technologies to deliver user-friendly and functional solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications: Design and implement user-facing features and backend systems to ensure seamless performance.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with designers, product managers and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimise performance: Ensure applications are responsive, secure and optimised for performance across all devices and browsers.
- Database management: Design, implement and maintain database systems to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
- Testing and debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure robust application functionality.
- Stay updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, integrating new technologies when appropriate.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field (or equivalent experience);
- 3-5 years of professional experience in full stack development;
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines;
- Familiarity with containerisation tools like Docker and Kubernetes;
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design;
- Exposure to mobile app development (e.g., React Native, Flutter);
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills;
- Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment;
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
