Charter Reservations & Operations Officer | Thailand

The Charter Reservations & Operations Officer reports directly to the Inbound Manager at Asian Trails' head office in Bangkok. This role acts as the contact person for the charter business when it comes to creating hotel reservations, pre-booked excursions and transfers as specifically requested.

Product Development Specialist | Thailand

The Non-Accommodation Product Specialist oversees the maintenance of a specific product portfolio. This includes cost calculation, price negotiations and controlling net costs with local suppliers in Thailand. The Product Specialist must carry out constant research on tourism industry services, working independently to conduct benchmarking and create new products.

The Project Manager is responsible for initiating, designing, planning, executing and monitoring the progress and completion of projects. Asian Trails is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Optimisation Manager to join our eCommerce and Technology Team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of strategies aimed at optimising our API / eConnect customer relationships, improving processes and enhancing overall efficiency within the eCommerce channel on a company level.

Accounting Staff (Accounts Payable) | Indonesia

This role in the accounts payable department at Asian Trails involves settling the payments of suppliers’ invoices in a timely manner and ensuring the accuracy of invoices prior to payment.

Inbound Officer | Indonesia

This role is responsible for the complete reservation process, starting from receiving requests from travel agents abroad, preparing offers and quotations and following up in a timely manner on bookings for services from hotels and suppliers throughout Indonesia. This role is based in Bali.

This important role within the Inbound Department at Asian Trails Indonesia will communicate with all Inbound Managers and teams, providing support by implementing strategies that enhance productivity and performance to maximise business opportunities.

Assist the Inbound Manager in handling all sales activities and maximising business opportunities in the specific area of responsibility.
