Hotel Representative | Thailand (South Thailand Branch)
About the role
Asian Trails Thailand is searching for a customer-oriented and professional Hotel Representative to provide exceptional service to guests and ensure a seamless hotel experience. The Hotel Representative will act as a liaison between guests and the hotel. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a friendly demeanour to enhance guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures;
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions;
- Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner;
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure guests’ needs are met;
- Process payments, issue room keys and maintain accurate guest records;
- Assist with booking reservations and managing guest schedules;
- Promote hotel amenities and special offers to enhance the guest experience;
- Maintain a professional appearance and always provide outstanding hospitality service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or tourism is a plus;
- Good knowledge of spoken English & Italian;
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or a related field preferred;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work flexible hours during peak moments;
- Willingness to travel for work and spend time outside the office when required;
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays;
- Flexibility with the working destination: work in Samui during May to October and work in Phuket during November to April
- A “Can Do” attitude, positive mindset and creative thinking are assets.
