Shaking up team building with cocktail class
During a recent incentive trip organised by Asian Trails, 10 delegates from South Africa discovered the art of crafting a Singapore Sling at Singapore’s most famous hotel.
Created in 1915 by a bartender at Raffles Singapore, the iconic pink cocktail was once a favourite of the city-state’s high society women. The activity was held in Raffle’s historic Long Bar, a distinctive venue renowned for its colonial charm. Expert mixologists guided participants through the process of blending the classic ‘Pink Sling,’ offering professional tips and tricks to enhance the fun experience.
After shaking and stirring, the elegant Long Bar provided the perfect setting to enjoy this famous tipple. This activity combined culture, elegance, and creativity – the ideal ingredients for a unique and engaging teamwork event.
