About the role
This important role within the Human Resources Department at Asian Trails Indonesia will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the organisation. This role involves handling various tasks related to office management, facilities maintenance and employee services. Based in Bali, you will join a dynamic and passionate team of travel professionals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance;
- Ensure a clean and organised workspace;
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities;
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers;
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and documentation;
- Maintain records and files in an organised manner;
- Assist in maintaining employee records;
- Organise employee events and activities.
Qualifications
- Indonesian national;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field is preferred;
- Previous experience in general affairs or administrative roles is preferred;
- Good command of English, both verbal and written, is essential; ability to speak and understand German/Italian/Spanish/French language is seen as an advantage;
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Attention to detail with good initiative;
- Flexibility and open-mind to be able to work with people of different cultures;
- Able to work under pressure, prioritise and multitask;
- Good time management skills;
- Proactive;
- Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities;
- Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally;
- High degree of flexibility;
- A “Can Do” attitude, positive mindset and creative thinking is an asset.
