Batik Air launches new Malaysia-Thailand routes

Travellers will be able to explore more of Asia with Batik Air’s new routes linking Malaysia’s capital with two of Southern Thailand’s cultural gems.

From 13 September 2024, the full-service carrier will operate daily services to Hat Yai and Krabi, departing from Kuala Lumpur. The flights will utilise B737 aircraft with dual-class seating catering for both Business and Economy class passengers.

The new routes will create more flexibility in planning travel routes across Asia, enabling travellers to combine destinations in Malaysia and Thailand. From the bustling, modern metropolis of Kuala Lumpur to the cultural charms of Hat Yai and the idyllic golden sands of Krabi, travellers will be able to experience the timeless cultures and unique traditions of the two neighbouring nations.
