Novotel’s first hotel in Cambodia
Novotel Hotels, Suites & Resorts opened its first property in Cambodia on 9th February 2024, in the coastal resort town of Sihanoukville. Part of the Accor Group, the international hotel brand presents a modern, urban style resort that encapsulates Cambodia’s coastal charm.
Set on the shores of Independence Beach, the hotel overlooks the Gulf of Thailand and caters for contemporary travellers with its 215 rooms and suites, four restaurants, two swimming pools and a multi-functional space for meetings and events.

Located 25 km from Sihanoukville International Airport and two-and-a-half hours’ drive from the capital of Phnom Penh, Novotel Sihanoukville Holiday Resort is a great base for exploring Southern Cambodia. The mangroves, forests and coral reefs of Ream National Park are nearby, while the white sandy beaches of Koh Rong and other islands are just a boat ride away.
