During the session, the chef demonstrates the art of fruit carving and leads a hands-on cooking session that is both educational and fun. Get to know the key ingredients used to create classic Lao flavours and learn various aspects of Lao food trivia.
At the end of this culinary journey, guests can enjoy a delicious Lao lunch of their own creation. This experience takes about five hours. The venue can accommodate 20 to 70 guests.
