Groups of up to 30 delegates can absorb this ambiance and follow in the footsteps of monks while partaking in daily practices such as chanting mantras and observing the early morning alms parade in which holy men receive their food from devotees in return for a blessing.
Asian Trails Cambodia has developed connections with temples in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap to provide clients with an authentic half-day experience of the life of a monk so they can gain a new and enlightening perspective on life.

Half Day
For both ladies and gentlemen, we recommend loose-fitting, preferably light cotton, clothing, sandals or flip-flops/thongs.
Siem Reap
For the best experience, inquiries for groups exceeding 30 delegates may have to be split up in two separate groups. It is not recommended due to the nature of the experience. To respect local customs and respecting the religious sites and temples on this tour, it is customary for guests to take off their shoes before allowed entrance. Your guide will inform you in advance for which of these sites this is applicable.
